Domestic Orders
All domestic orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post. Combined postage will be applied automatically at checkout where applicable.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard.
Please note that the purchase price does not include any import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing to determine whether any additional charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive the wrong item, or an item that does not match the listing description, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement (where available). Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
For all other return or refund requests, approval is required before a return can be initiated. Not all requests will be approved, and each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, packaging expenses, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and any other fees incurred during the return process.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm it is the same card that was sent and that it remains in its original condition.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has passed inspection and has been confirmed to be in its original condition. Items returned without prior approval (unless required due to receiving the wrong item), or returned in a different condition, may not be eligible for a refund.
